What is NexGain?
NexGain is a digital savings & rewards platform that allows users to deposit funds and Earn daily rewards through fixed-duration Savings Plans. We offer three tiers โ€” Starter, Pro, and Elite โ€” with different plan ranges and daily return rates.

How do I create an account?
Download the NexGain app, tap "Get Started", enter your username, email, and password, then verify your email address. Account setup takes less than 2 minutes. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use NexGain. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately terminated.
Is NexGain available in my country?
NexGain is available globally, with the exception of the United States and any jurisdiction where such platforms are prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using NexGain is lawful in your location before registering. NexGain does not provide legal advice.
Is NexGain a licensed financial institution?
No. NexGain is not a licensed bank, financial institution, or registered investment advisor in any jurisdiction. We do not provide financial advice. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making financial decisions.
๐Ÿ“Š Savings Plans
What Savings Plans are available?
We offer three plans:
  • Starter: $10โ€“$99, up to 0.50% est. daily reward, 40 days
  • Pro: $100โ€“$499, up to 0.65% est. daily reward, 50 days
  • Elite: $500โ€“$1,000, up to 0.80% est. daily reward, 60 days

Can I have multiple active plans?
Yes. You can have one active plan per tier simultaneously. For example, one active Starter, one active Pro, and one active Elite โ€” up to 3 plans running at the same time.
When can I claim my daily earnings?
You can claim your daily earnings once every 24 hours. The timer resets after each claim. You can also enable auto-reward, which automatically credits your daily earnings each day without manual action.
Are Daily rewards guaranteed?
No. daily rewards are not guaranteed. The daily rates shown are target rates based on platform performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only activate Savings Plans you can afford to lose entirely.
โฌ‡๏ธ Deposits
How do I deposit funds?
Go to Wallet โ†’ Deposit, enter the amount, tap "Generate Deposit Address", copy the USDT wallet address shown, and send exactly that amount from your crypto wallet. Deposits are typically confirmed within 1โ€“10 minutes.
Which cryptocurrency is accepted?
NexGain only accepts USDT (Tether) on the BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain) network.
โš ๏ธ Do NOT send any other cryptocurrency or use a different network. Funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address cannot be recovered.
What are the deposit limits?
The minimum deposit is $10 and the maximum is $1,000 per transaction. These limits may be updated by the admin. Current limits are always displayed on the deposit screen in the app.
What if I sent to the wrong address or network?
Unfortunately, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to an incorrect address or on the wrong network, NexGain cannot recover those funds. Always double-check the address and network before sending any transaction.
โฌ†๏ธ Withdrawals
How do I withdraw funds?
Withdrawals are made from your Earning Wallet. Go to Wallet โ†’ Withdraw, enter the amount, provide your BEP20 USDT wallet address, confirm the address, and submit. Withdrawals are reviewed by our team and typically completed within 24 hours.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our admin team, typically within 24 hours. You will receive a push notification when your withdrawal is approved or rejected.
Are withdrawal fees refundable?
No. Withdrawal fees are non-refundable, including in cases where a withdrawal request is rejected. If a request is rejected, the withdrawal amount (minus the fee) is returned to your Earning Wallet.
What is the Locked Wallet?
The Locked Wallet temporarily holds funds from pending withdrawal requests. When you submit a withdrawal, the amount moves from your Earning Wallet to the Locked Wallet. Once the request is approved or rejected by admin, the funds are either sent to your crypto wallet or returned to your Earning Wallet.
๐Ÿ‘› Wallets and Transfers
What are the different wallets?
NexGain has three wallets:
  • Main Wallet: Used for deposits and buying Savings Plans. You cannot withdraw directly from the Main Wallet.
  • Earning Wallet: Receives 50% of your daily rewards. Withdrawals are made from this wallet.
  • Locked Wallet: Holds funds from pending withdrawal requests until admin approves or rejects.
How are daily earnings split when I claim?
Every time you claim your daily earnings, the amount is automatically split equally between your two wallets:
  • 50% โ†’ Earning Wallet โ€” available for withdrawal
  • 50% โ†’ Main Wallet โ€” available to use in new Savings Plans
For example, if your daily earning is $2.00, then $1.00 goes to your Earning Wallet and $1.00 goes to your Main Wallet. This split applies to every claim, whether manual or auto-reward.
How does the Transfer feature work?
The Transfer feature moves funds from your Earning Wallet to your Main Wallet. This is useful when you want to reuse your withdrawal-side earnings into a new Savings Plan. Transfers are one-way only (Earning โ†’ Main) and cannot be reversed.
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Referrals and Coupons
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral code with others. When they sign up and make their first deposit, you earn a commission. You also earn a daily commission each time your referred users claim their Daily rewards. Creating multiple accounts to self-refer is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
What is the coupon system?
NexGain offers coupons that add a bonus amount to your Pro Savings Plan. To receive a coupon, complete the task shown in the Coupon section of the app, upload a screenshot as proof, and wait for admin review and approval.

How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile โ†’ Delete Account. After confirming the deletion request:
  • Your account will be scheduled for deletion after 7 days
  • You can cancel the request anytime within 7 days from your Profile screen
  • After 7 days, all your data โ€” account info, transaction history, and wallet data โ€” will be permanently deleted
  • Pending withdrawals will be rejected upon deletion
โš ๏ธ Make sure to withdraw your available balance before requesting account deletion.
How do I change my password?
Go to Profile โ†’ Change Password. Enter your current password, then your new password. Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link via email. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Why has my account been blocked?
Accounts may be blocked for violating our Terms and Conditions, suspicious or fraudulent activity, or fraud prevention purposes. If you believe your account was blocked in error, please contact support through the in-app Support Chat.
How does NexGain protect my data?
NexGain uses Google Firebase infrastructure with encrypted HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, Firebase Security Rules, Firebase App Check, and rate limiting on all critical endpoints. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
