Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure (us-central1 region). We implement the following security measures:

- Firebase Security Rules restrict data access to authorized users only
- Sensitive operations require valid authentication tokens
- Firebase App Check prevents unauthorized API access from non-genuine app instances
- Rate limiting applied to all critical API endpoints
- Audit logs maintained for all sensitive account actions
While we implement strong security measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable device-level security features.

Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share your data only in these limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: Google Firebase (authentication, database, cloud functions, messaging) — bound by Google's data processing terms
- Payment Processing: NowPayments processes cryptocurrency transactions. Your wallet address is shared only as required to complete your withdrawal
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, valid court order, or governmental authority
- Safety and Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of NexGain, our users, or others
- Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with appropriate advance notice to users

Push Notifications
NexGain uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications, including:
- Transaction confirmations (deposits, withdrawals)
- Daily reward reminders
- Important account and security updates
- Support message replies
You can manage or disable notification permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the platform or receive funds.

Analytics and Cookies
Our mobile application does not use browser cookies. Firebase Analytics may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data to help us understand how the app is used and improve the experience. This data does not identify individual users.
You may opt out of Firebase Analytics data collection through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Analytics; Android: Google Settings → Usage and Diagnostics).

Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years for financial compliance
- Support messages: Retained for 2 years
- Error and crash logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days
- Rate limit records: Automatically deleted after 30 days
Upon account deletion request, users have a 7-day grace period to cancel. After 7 days, all personal data including account information, transaction history, and wallet data will be permanently deleted. Financial records may be retained for up to 5 years as required by law.

Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account directly from the app under Profile → Delete Account. A 7-day grace period applies — you can cancel within this period. After 7 days, all data is permanently removed.
- Portability: Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain types of data processing
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through the in-app support system. We will respond within 30 days.

Children's Privacy
NexGain is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately through our support system.

Third-Party Services
NexGain integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

International Data Transfers
Your information is processed and stored on Google Firebase servers primarily in the United States (us-central1 region). By using NexGain, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Send a push notification through the app
- Display a prominent notice within the application
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
