By downloading, installing, or using the NexGain application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. These terms apply to all users of the NexGain platform.

NexGain is a digital investment platform that allows users to invest funds and earn daily returns based on selected investment plans. The platform offers three investment tiers: Starter, Pro, and Elite, each with different investment ranges, daily return rates, and durations. NexGain operates as an investment management platform. Returns are generated based on platform operations and are subject to the terms of each investment plan.

To use NexGain, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement • Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You must register an account to use NexGain services. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate, current, and complete information • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

NexGain offers the following investment plans: • Starter Plan: $10–$99 investment, 0.50% daily return, 40 days • Pro Plan: $100–$499 investment, 0.65% daily return, 50 days • Elite Plan: $500–$1,000 investment, 0.80% daily return, 60 days Important: Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment returns are subject to platform performance and market conditions. NexGain does not guarantee specific returns and users should only invest amounts they can afford to lose.

Deposits are processed in USDT (BEP20/BSC network only). Users are responsible for sending funds to the correct address on the correct network. NexGain is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks. Withdrawals are subject to: • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits set by the platform • A platform fee deducted from each withdrawal • A cooldown period between withdrawal requests • Admin review and approval process Withdrawal fees are non-refundable, including in cases where a withdrawal request is rejected.

NexGain offers a referral program where users can earn commissions by inviting others to the platform. Referral commissions are: • A percentage of the referred user's first deposit • A percentage of the referred user's daily claims Referral abuse, including creating multiple accounts to self-refer, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

Users are strictly prohibited from: • Creating multiple accounts for the same person • Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform • Attempting to manipulate investment returns or balances • Engaging in money laundering or financing illegal activities • Sharing account credentials with third parties • Reverse engineering or attempting to hack the platform • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

All content, features, and functionality of the NexGain application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of NexGain and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any NexGain content without express written permission.

Your use of NexGain is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using NexGain, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

NexGain reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for: • Violation of these Terms and Conditions • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity • Providing false registration information • Risk management purposes Upon termination, any pending withdrawals may be cancelled and access to the platform will be revoked. NexGain will make reasonable efforts to process legitimate withdrawal requests prior to termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexGain and its affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits or investment returns • Loss of data or unauthorized access to accounts • Service interruptions or technical failures • Actions of third-party payment processors Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in your account in the 30 days prior to the claim.

NexGain reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application or via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
